상법 제725조의2(수개의 책임보험)

피보험자가 동일한 사고로 제3자에게 배상책임을 짐으로써 입은 손해를 보상하는 수개의 책임보험계약이 동시 또는 순차로 체결된 경우에 그 보험금액의 총액이 피보험자의 제3자에 대한 손해배상액을 초과하는 때에는 제672조와 제673조의 규정을 준용한다.
