상표법 제70조(심사 또는 소송 절차의 중지)

① 상표등록출원의 심사에서 필요한 경우에는 심결이 확정될 때까지 또는 소송절차가 완결될 때까지 그 상표등록출원의 심사절차를 중지할 수 있다.
