성매매알선 등 행위의 처벌에 관한 법률 제2조(정의)

가. 성교행위

가. 성매매를 알선, 권유, 유인 또는 강요하는 행위

다. 성매매에 제공되는 사실을 알면서 자금, 토지 또는 건물을 제공하는 행위

가. 성을 파는 행위 또는 「형법」 제245조에 따른 음란행위를 하게 하거나, 성교행위 등 음란한 내용을 표현하는 사진ㆍ영상물 등의 촬영 대상으로 삼을 목적으로 위계(僞計), 위력(威力), 그 밖에 이에 준하는 방법으로 대상자를 지배ㆍ관리하면서 제3자에게 인계하는 행위

나. 업무관계, 고용관계, 그 밖의 관계로 인하여 보호 또는 감독하는 사람에 의하여 「마약류관리에 관한 법률」 제2조에 따른 마약ㆍ향정신성의약품 또는 대마(이하 "마약등"이라 한다)에 중독되어 성매매를 한 사람
