소비자기본법 시행령 제49조(시험ㆍ검사 또는 조사의 요청)

①조정위원회는 분쟁조정을 위하여 필요하면 한국소비자원의 원장에게 시험ㆍ검사 또는 조사를 요청할 수 있다.

②제1항의 요청을 받은 한국소비자원의 원장은 지체 없이 시험ㆍ검사 또는 조사를 실시하여 그 결과를 조정위원회에 통보하여야 한다.
