소비자기본법 제9조(계량 및 규격의 적정화)

①국가 및 지방자치단체는 소비자가 사업자와의 거래에 있어서 계량으로 인하여 손해를 입지 아니하도록 물품등의 계량에 관하여 필요한 시책을 강구하여야 한다.
