소액사건심판법 제5조의2(일부청구의 제한)

① 채권자는 금전, 그 밖의 대체물이나 유가증권의 일정한 수량의 지급을 목적으로 하는 청구의 경우에는 이 법을 적용받기 위해 청구를 분할하여 그 일부만을 청구할 수 없다.
