스토킹범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 법률 제17조의2(피해자 등에 대한 신변안전조치)

법원, 검사 또는 수사기관이 피해자등 또는 스토킹범죄를 신고(고소ㆍ고발을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)한 사람을 증인 신문, 사실관계 확인이나 면담 또는 조사를 하는 경우의 신변안전조치에 관하여는 「특정범죄신고자 등 보호법」 제13조 및 제13조의2를 준용한다. 이 경우 "범죄신고자등"은 "피해자등 또는 스토킹범죄를 신고한 사람"으로 본다. <개정 2026.9.29>
