식품위생법 시행령 제20조(소비자 위생점검 참여 등)

① 법 제35조제1항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 영업자"란 다음 각 호의 영업자를 말한다.

③ 제1항에 따른 영업자가 법 제35조제1항에 따라 위생관리 상태 점검을 신청하는 경우에는 1개월 이내에 위생점검을 하여야 한다. 이 경우 같은 업소에 대한 위생점검은 연 1회로 한정한다.
