Enforcement Decree of the Food Sanitation Act, Article 39-3 (Dismissal of Members of the Deliberative Committee)

식품의약품안전처장은 법 제58조제2항제2호부터 제5호까지의 규정에 따른 심의위원회의 위원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 해당 위원을 해촉할 수 있다. <개정 2017.12.12>
