식품위생법 제56조(교육)

① 식품의약품안전처장은 식품위생 수준 및 자질의 향상을 위하여 필요한 경우 조리사와 영양사에게 교육(조리사의 경우 보수교육을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)을 받을 것을 명할 수 있다. 다만, 집단급식소에 종사하는 조리사와 영양사는 1년마다 교육을 받아야 한다. <개정 2010.1.18, 2011.6.7, 2013.3.23, 2021.7.27>
