식품위생법 제67조(식품안전정보원의 설립)

Food Sanitation Act, Article 67 (Establishment of the Korea Food Safety Information Service)

① 식품의약품안전처장의 위탁을 받아 제49조에 따른 식품이력추적관리업무와 식품안전에 관한 업무 중 제68조제1항 각 호에 관한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 식품안전정보원(이하 "정보원"이라 한다)를 둔다. <개정 2011.8.4, 2013.3.23>

(1) The^ð더 Korea코^r리아 Food^f푸드 Safety세이^f프티 Information인^f퍼메이션 Service서^v비스 (hereinafter히^r리내^f프터 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 as애즈 the^ð디 "Information인^f퍼메이션 Service")서^v비스 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 to투 efficiently이^f피션틀리 perform,퍼^f폼 on안 entrustment엔트^r러스트먼트 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Food^f푸드 and앤드 Drug드^r러그 Safety,세이^f프티 food^f푸드 traceability트^r레이서빌리티 management매너지먼트 duties두티즈 under언더 Article아터클 49 and,앤드 among어멍 food^f푸드 safety세이^f프티 duties,두티즈 the^ð더 duties두티즈 referred^r러^f퍼드 to투 in인 the^ð더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 of어^v브 Article아터클 68 (1).
