Food Sanitation Act, Article 80 (Revocation of Licenses, etc.)

① 식품의약품안전처장 또는 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 조리사가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 그 면허를 취소하거나 6개월 이내의 기간을 정하여 업무정지를 명할 수 있다. 다만, 조리사가 제1호 또는 제5호에 해당할 경우 면허를 취소하여야 한다. <개정 2010.1.18, 2010.3.26, 2013.3.23, 2016.2.3>
