아동복지법 시행령 제26조(아동학대 신고의무자에 대한 교육)

① 법 제26조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 아동학대 예방 및 신고의무와 관련한 교육에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(1) Education에저케이션 related^r릴레이티드 to투 the^ð더 prevention프^r리^v벤션 of어^v브 child차일드 abuse어뷰스 and앤드 the^ð더 duty두티 to투 report^r리포트 under언더 Article아터클 26 (1) through^θ쓰^r루 (3) of어^v브 the^ð디 Act액트 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following:^f팔로잉

② 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 법 제26조제1항에 따라 아동학대 신고의무자의 자격 취득 과정이나 보수교육 과정에 아동학대 예방 및 신고의무와 관련된 교육을 1시간 이상 포함시켜야 한다.

③ 아동학대 신고의무자가 소속된 기관ㆍ시설 등의 장은 법 제26조제3항에 따라 소속 신고의무자에게 아동학대 예방 및 신고의무와 관련된 교육을 매년 1시간 이상 실시하여야 한다. <개정 2018.4.24>
