아동복지법 시행령 제55조(비용 징수)

① 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 아동복지시설의 장은 법 제60조에 따라 보호조치를 받은 아동의 부양의무자로부터 실비(實費)에 해당하는 금액을 징수할 수 있다. 다만, 그 부양의무자가 다른 법령에 따라 생계비를 지원받는 경우에는 보건복지부장관이 정하는 바에 따라 그 금액을 줄이거나 징수하지 아니할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 비용을 징수하려는 시ㆍ도지사, 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장 또는 아동복지시설의 장은 보건복지부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 징수 비용 등을 서면으로 통지하여야 한다.
