아동복지법 제31조(아동의 안전에 대한 교육)

① 아동복지시설의 장, 「영유아보육법」에 따른 어린이집의 원장, 「유아교육법」에 따른 유치원의 원장 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」에 따른 학교의 장은 교육대상 아동의 연령을 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 매년 다음 각 호의 사항에 관한 교육계획을 수립하여 교육을 실시하여야 한다. 이 경우 그 대상이 「영유아보육법」 제2조제1호에 따른 영유아인 경우 아동복지시설의 장, 같은 법에 따른 어린이집의 원장 및 「유아교육법」에 따른 유치원의 원장은 보건복지부령으로 정하는 자격을 갖춘 외부전문가로 하여금 제1호의2에 따른 아동학대 예방교육을 하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2015.12.29, 2021.12.21>

② 아동복지시설의 장, 「영유아보육법」에 따른 어린이집의 원장은 제1항에 따른 교육계획 및 교육실시 결과를 관할 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장에게 매년 1회 보고하여야 한다.

③「유아교육법」에 따른 유치원의 원장 및 「초ㆍ중등교육법」에 따른 학교의 장은 제1항에 따른 교육계획 및 교육실시 결과를 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 관할 교육감에게 매년 1회 보고하여야 한다.
