아동복지법 제54조(아동복지시설의 종사자)

① 아동복지시설에는 필요한 전문인력을 배치하여야 한다.

(1) Child차일드 welfare웰^f페어 facilities^f퍼실러티즈 shall섈 be비 staffed스태^f프트 with위^ð드 the^ð더 necessary네서세^r리 professional프^r러^f페셔늘 personnel.퍼서넬

② 아동복지시설 종사자의 직종과 수, 그 자격 및 배치기준은 대통령령으로 정한다.
