아동복지법 제63조(면세)

아동복지시설에서 그 보호아동을 위하여 사용하는 건물 및 토지, 시설설치 및 운영에 소요되는 비용에 대하여는 「조세특례제한법」, 그 밖의 관계 법령에서 정하는 바에 따라 조세, 그 밖의 공과금을 면제할 수 있다.
