Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Child Abuse Crimes, Article 10-2 (Prohibition of Disadvantageous Measures)
누구든지 아동학대범죄신고자등에게 아동학대범죄신고등을 이유로 불이익조치를 하여서는 아니 된다.
No one shall take a disadvantageous measure against a reporter, etc. of a child abuse crime on the ground of a report, etc. of a child abuse crime.
