아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제17조의2(증인에 대한 신변안전조치)

① 검사는 아동학대범죄사건의 증인이 피고인 또는 그 밖의 사람으로부터 생명ㆍ신체에 해를 입거나 입을 염려가 있다고 인정될 때에는 관할 경찰서장에게 증인의 신변안전을 위하여 필요한 조치를 할 것을 요청하여야 한다.

② 증인은 검사에게 제1항의 조치를 하도록 청구할 수 있다.

(2) A어 witness윗니스 may메이 ask애스크 the^ð더 prosecutor프^r라시큐터 to투 have해^v브 the^ð더 measures메저즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) taken.테이큰

③ 재판장은 검사에게 제1항의 조치를 하도록 요청할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 presiding프^r리자이딩 judge저지 may메이 request^r리퀘스트 the^ð더 prosecutor프^r라시큐터 to투 have해^v브 the^ð더 measures메저즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (1) taken.테이큰

④ 제1항의 요청을 받은 관할 경찰서장은 즉시 증인의 신변안전을 위하여 필요한 조치를 하고 그 사실을 검사에게 통보하여야 한다.
