아동학대범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법 제55조의2(자료요청 및 면담)

① 법무부장관은 아동학대 및 아동보호의 실태를 파악하고 제도를 개선하기 위하여 시ㆍ도지사 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장, 국가아동권리보장원의 장 및 아동보호전문기관의 장에게 관련 통계 등 자료를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2025.11.11>

② 법무부장관은 중대한 아동학대 사건이 발생하여 필요하다고 인정하면 해당 사건의 실태파악 및 제도개선을 위하여 관련 공무원, 아동보호전문기관 또는 관계인을 면담하거나 질문할 수 있다.
