약관의 규제에 관한 법률 시행령 제8조의7(분쟁당사자의 출석 등)

① 협의회는 법 제27조의2제2항에 따라 분쟁당사자에게 출석을 요구하려는 경우에는 시기 및 장소를 정하여 출석 지정일 7일 전까지 분쟁당사자에게 알려야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우 또는 분쟁당사자가 동의하는 경우에는 그 기간을 달리 정할 수 있다.

② 제1항의 통지를 받은 분쟁당사자는 협의회에 출석할 수 없는 부득이한 사유가 있으면 미리 서면으로 의견을 제출할 수 있다.
