Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, Article 8-9 (Reports on Termination of Dispute Mediation, etc.)

① 협의회는 법 제27조의2제3항에 따라 조정신청을 각하(却下)하거나 법 제27조의2제4항에 따라 조정절차를 종료한 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함된 분쟁조정 종료서를 작성하여야 한다.
