약사법 제13조(인가 등)

①약사회 또는 한약사회를 설립하려면 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 정관이나 그 밖에 필요한 서류를 보건복지부장관에게 제출하고 보건복지부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>

②약사회 또는 한약사회가 정관에 적어야 할 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
