약사법 제83조의3(전문약사)

① 약사로서 전문약사가 되려는 사람은 대통령령으로 정하는 교육과정을 이수한 후 보건복지부장관에게 자격 인정을 받아야 한다.

② 제1항에 따라 전문약사 자격을 인정받은 사람이 아니면 전문과목을 표시하지 못한다.

③ 전문약사 자격 인정과 전문과목에 관한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.

(3) Matters매터즈 concerning컨서닝 the^ð더 recognition^r레커그니션 of어^v브 specialist스페셜리스트 pharmacist^f파머시스트 qualifications콸러^f퍼케이션즈 and앤드 specialties스페셜티즈 shall섈 be비 prescribed프^r리스크^r라이브드 by바이 Presidential프^r레저덴실 Decree.디크^r리
