약사법 제90조의4(천연물안전관리연구원의 설립)

① 천연물을 원료로 하는 의약품의 안전 및 품질관리 지원 등에 관한 업무를 수행하기 위하여 천연물안전관리연구원(이하 "천연물연구원"이라 한다)을 설립한다.

② 천연물연구원은 법인으로 한다.

(2) The^ð더 Natural내처^r럴 Product프^r라덕트 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 be비 a어 corporation.코퍼^r레이션

③ 천연물연구원의 정관에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.

(3) The^ð디 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association어소우시에이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Natural내처^r럴 Product프^r라덕트 Institute인스터툿 shall섈 include인클루드 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 matters:매터즈

④ 천연물연구원이 정관의 기재사항을 변경하려는 경우에는 식품의약품안전처장의 인가를 받아야 한다.

(4) Where웨어 the^ð더 Natural내처^r럴 Product프^r라덕트 Institute인스터툿 intends인텐즈 to투 change체인지 the^ð더 matters매터즈 stated스테이티드 in인 its잇츠 articles아터클즈 of어^v브 association,어소우시에이션 it잇 shall섈 obtain어브테인 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Food^f푸드 and앤드 Drug드^r러그 Safety.세이^f프티

⑤ 천연물연구원에 관하여 이 법에 규정한 사항 외에는 「민법」 중 재단법인에 관한 규정을 준용한다.

⑥ 천연물연구원의 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
