양성평등기본법 제14조(성 주류화 조치)

① 국가와 지방자치단체는 법령의 제정ㆍ개정 및 적용ㆍ해석, 정책의 기획, 예산 편성 및 집행, 그 밖에 법령에 따라 직무를 수행하는 과정에서 성평등 관점을 통합하는 성 주류화 조치를 취하여야 한다.

② 국가와 지방자치단체는 성 주류화 조치의 실효성을 높이기 위하여 다양한 방법과 도구를 적극 개발하여야 한다.
