여객자동차 운수사업법 제70조(공제분쟁조정)

다음 각 호의 조합 및 연합회와 자동차사고 피해자나 그 밖의 이해관계인 사이에 공제계약 및 공제금의 지급 등에 관하여 분쟁이 있으면 분쟁 당사자는 「자동차손해배상 보장법」 제23조의3에 따른 자동차손해배상보장위원회에 조정(調停)을 신청할 수 있다.
