여권법 시행령 제40조(여권전자인증 업무의 수행)

외교부장관은 법 제23조제2항에 따라 여권전자인증서 검증 키(여권전자인증서를 검증하기 위하여 이용하는 전자적 정보를 말한다. 이하 같다)에 합치하는 여권전자인증서 공개 키(여권전자인증서를 발급하기 위하여 이용하는 전자적 정보를 말한다. 이하 같다)를 이용하여 여권전자인증서의 발급과 검증 등의 여권전자인증업무를 수행하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
