영유아보육법 시행령 제26조(권한의 위임)

Enforcement Decree of the Infant Care Act, Article 26 (Delegation of Authority)

① 교육부장관은 법 제51조에 따라 다음 각 호의 권한을 시ㆍ도지사에게 위임한다. <개정 2010.3.15, 2012.2.3, 2012.6.29, 2014.2.11, 2021.12.7, 2024.6.25>

1. 법 제23조제1항 및 제23조의2제1항에 따른 보수교육의 실시에 관한 권한
