Enforcement Decree of the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act, Article 15 (Registration of Money Changing Business)

① 법 제8조제3항제1호에 해당하는 외국환업무(이하 "환전업무"라 한다)를 업으로 하려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 신청서에 재정경제부장관이 정하여 고시하는 서류를 첨부하여 재정경제부장관에게 등록을 신청하여야 한다. <개정 2017.6.27, 2025.12.30>

1. 환전업무를 하는 데에 필요한 영업장

2. 환전업무 및 그에 따른 사후관리를 원활하게 수행하기 위하여 재정경제부장관이 정하여 고시하는 전산설비

1. 제2항에 따른 영업장 및 전산설비를 갖추지 못한 경우
