외국환거래법 제14조(외국환평형기금 채권의 원리금 상환)

① 외국환평형기금 채권의 발행으로 인한 원리금은 「국가재정법」 제90조제6항에 따른 절차에 따라 일반회계 세계잉여금으로 상환할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따라 일반회계 세계잉여금으로 상환할 수 있는 금액은 외국환평형기금 채권의 이자에 그 이자 외의 외국환평형기금 운용손익을 더하거나 뺀 금액으로 한다.
