Enforcement Decree of the Act on the Protection, Use, etc. of Location Information, Article 25 (Requests for and Provision of Location Information)

① 위치기반서비스사업자는 법 제20조제1항에 따라 다음 각 호의 사항을 갖추어 위치정보사업자에게 개인위치정보를 요청하여야 한다.
