「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 첨부서류에 대한 정보를 확인할 수 있는 경우에는 그 확인으로 제2조제2항, 제4조제2항ㆍ제4항, 제5조의2, 제6조제1항ㆍ제2항, 제6조의3, 제7조제1항, 제8조, 제9조, 제10조, 제11조 및 제12조제1항에 따라 제출해야 하는 첨부서류를 갈음해야 한다. <개정 2008.12.31, 2010.5.4, 2010.11.2, 2018.10.16, 2022.4.19>
