유아교육법 시행령 제11조(학기)

법 제12조제3항에 따라 유치원의 학기는 매 학년도를 두 학기로 나누되, 제1학기는 3월 1일부터 유치원의 수업일수ㆍ휴업일 및 교육과정 운영을 고려하여 유치원의 장(이하 "원장"이라 한다)이 정한 날까지로 하고, 제2학기는 제1학기 종료일 다음 날부터 다음 해 2월 말일까지로 한다.
