유아교육법 시행령 제34조의2(행정정보의 공동이용)

교육부장관 및 교육감(법 제19조의2제2항 또는 이 영 제34조제3항에 따라 교육부장관 또는 교육감의 업무를 위탁받은 자를 포함한다)은 법 제19조의2제1항, 제24조제2항 및 제27조에 따른 업무를 수행하기 위하여 필요한 경우에는 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보 공동이용을 통해 별표 1의2에 따른 행정정보를 확인할 수 있다. 이 경우 「개인정보 보호법」에 따른 정보주체로부터 사전동의를 받아야 한다.
