유아교육법 제19조의7(유치원회계의 설치)

Early Childhood Education Act, Article 19-7 (Establishment of Kindergarten Accounts)

① 국립ㆍ공립 유치원에 유치원회계를 설치한다.

(1) A어 kindergarten킨더가튼 account어카운트 shall섈 be비 established이스태블리시트 in인 each이치 national내셔늘 or오 public퍼블릭 kindergarten.킨더가튼

② 유치원회계는 다음 각 호의 수입을 세입으로 한다.

1. 국가의 일반회계 또는 지방자치단체의 교육비특별회계로부터의 전입금

2. 제25조에 따른 수업료 등 교육비용과 그 밖의 납부금

3. 국가 또는 지방자치단체의 보조금 및 지원금

③ 유치원회계는 유치원의 운영 및 시설 설치 등을 위하여 필요한 모든 경비를 세출로 한다. <개정 2021.3.23>

(3) The^ð디 expenditure익스펜더처 of어^v브 a어 kindergarten킨더가튼 account어카운트 shall섈 consist컨시스트 of어^v브 all올 expenses익스펜시즈 necessary네서세^r리 for^f포 the^ð디 operation아퍼^r레이션 of어^v브 the^ð더 kindergarten,킨더가튼 the^ð디 installation인스털레이션 of어^v브 facilities,^f퍼실러티즈 and앤드 the^ð더 like.라이크

④ 유치원회계는 예측할 수 없는 예산 외의 지출 또는 예산초과지출에 충당하기 위하여 예비비로서 상당한 금액을 세출예산에 계상할 수 있다.

⑤ 제9조에 따라 병설된 유치원의 경우에는 필요하면 유치원회계를 해당 유치원을 병설한 학교의 학교회계와 통합하여 운영할 수 있다.

⑥ 유치원회계의 설치에 필요한 사항은 국립유치원의 경우에는 교육부령으로, 공립유치원의 경우에는 시ㆍ도의 교육규칙으로 정한다. <개정 2013.3.23>
