유아교육법 제21조의2(유아의 인권 보장)

① 유치원의 설립자ㆍ경영자와 원장은 헌법과 국제인권조약에 명시된 유아의 인권을 보장하여야 한다.

② 교직원은 제21조에 따라 유아를 교육하거나 사무를 담당할 때에는 도구, 신체 등을 이용하여 유아의 신체에 고통을 가하거나 고성, 폭언 등으로 유아에게 정신적 고통을 가해서는 아니 된다. <개정 2020.1.29>
