은행법 시행령 제19조의6(사채등 등록 말소의 신청)

① 등록된 사채등의 등록 말소를 신청하려는 자는 등록 말소신청서에 등록을 말소해야 할 각 사채등의 금액 및 채권 번호와 그 밖에 필요한 사항을 적고 제19조의5에 따른 등록증명서를 첨부하여 제출해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 등록 말소신청서, 등록 말소의 방법ㆍ절차 및 제출서류 등 등록 말소의 신청에 필요한 사항은 금융위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
