응급의료에 관한 법률 제42조(업무의 제한)

응급구조사는 의사로부터 구체적인 지시를 받지 아니하고는 제41조에 따른 응급처치를 하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 보건복지부령으로 정하는 응급처치를 하는 경우와 급박한 상황에서 통신의 불능(不能) 등으로 의사의 지시를 받을 수 없는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
