의료급여법 시행령 제16조의6(공표심의위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등)

① 법 제29조의3제2항에 따른 의료급여공표심의위원회(이하 "공표심의위원회"라 한다)는 위원장 1명을 포함한 9명의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 공표심의위원회의 위원은 보건복지부장관이 임명하거나 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 하고, 위원장은 제1호부터 제4호까지의 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

(2) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Publication퍼블리케이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons퍼슨즈 appointed어포인티드 or오 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 Health헬^θ스 and앤드 Welfare,웰^f페어 and앤드 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 elected일렉티드 by바이 and앤드 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 under언더 subparagraphs서브패^r러그^r래^f프스 1 through^θ쓰^r루 4:

③ 공표심의위원회 위원(제2항제5호의 위원은 제외한다)의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

(3) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Publication퍼블리케이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 (excluding익스클루딩 the^ð더 member멤버 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2) 5) shall섈 be비 two투 years.이어즈

④ 공표심의위원회의 위원장은 공표심의위원회를 대표하고, 공표심의위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.

(4) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Publication퍼블리케이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 represent^r레프^r리젠트 the^ð더 Committee커미티 and앤드 take테이크 overall오우^v버^r롤 charge차지 of어^v브 its잇츠 affairs.어^f페어즈

⑤ 공표심의위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.

⑥ 공표심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(6) A어 meeting미팅 of어^v브 the^ð더 Publication퍼블리케이션 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 opened오우픈드 with위^ð드 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 all올 its잇츠 members멤버즈 present,프^r레전트 and앤드 shall섈 pass패스 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 the^ð디 approval어프^r루^v블 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 공표심의위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 공표심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
