의료급여법 시행령 제3조(수급권자의 구분)

1) 18세 미만인 사람

4) 질병, 부상 또는 그 후유증으로 치료나 요양이 필요한 사람 중에서 근로능력평가를 통하여 특별자치시장ㆍ특별자치도지사ㆍ시장(특별자치도의 행정시장은 제외한다)ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장(구청장은 자치구의 구청장을 말하며, 이하 "시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장"이라 한다)이 근로능력이 없다고 판정한 사람
