의료급여법 제19조(구상권)

① 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 제3자의 행위로 인하여 수급권자에게 의료급여를 한 경우에는 그 급여비용의 범위에서 제3자에게 손해배상을 청구할 권리를 얻는다.

② 제1항에 따라 의료급여를 받은 사람이 제3자로부터 이미 손해배상을 받은 경우에는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 그 배상액의 한도에서 의료급여를 하지 아니한다.
