Enforcement Decree of the Framework Act on the Development of Artificial Intelligence and Establishment of Trust, Article 17 (Designation, etc. of Artificial Intelligence Clusters)

① 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제23조제2항에 따라 인공지능집적단지(이하 "인공지능집적단지"라 한다)를 지정할 때에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 고려해야 한다.

③ 과학기술정보통신부장관 또는 지방자치단체의 장은 법 제23조제3항에 따라 인공지능집적단지의 지정을 취소한 경우에는 그 사실을 해당 기관의 인터넷 홈페이지에 공고해야 한다.
