Enforcement Decree of the Wage Claim Guarantee Act, Article 9 (Claims for and Payment of Substitute Payments)

① 대지급금을 지급받으려는 사람은 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른 기간 이내에 고용노동부장관에게 대지급금의 지급을 청구해야 한다.
