임금채권보장법 제20조(기금의 관리ㆍ운용)

① 기금은 고용노동부장관이 관리ㆍ운용한다. <개정 2010.6.4>

② 기금의 관리ㆍ운용 등에 관하여는 「산업재해보상보험법」 제97조제2항부터 제4항까지, 제98조부터 제100조까지 및 제102조를 준용한다. 이 경우 같은 법 중 "보험급여"는 "대지급금"으로, "보험료수입"은 "부담금수입"으로 본다. <개정 2021.4.13>
