자동차관리법 시행령 제13조의18(출자증권의 명의 기재변경)

① 조합원 또는 조합원이었던 자는 법 제68조의19제1항에 따라 그 지분을 양도하려는 경우에는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공제조합으로부터 출자증권에 명의 기재변경을 받아야 한다.

② 공제조합이 법 제68조의20제1항제2호부터 제5호까지의 규정에 해당하는 사유로 취득한 지분을 처분하는 경우에는 해당 출자증권을 공제조합의 명의로 기재변경한 후 처분해야 한다.
