법 제166조에 따라 거래소시장 및 다자간매매체결회사 외에서 증권이나 장외파생상품을 매매하는 경우에는 제178조제1항, 제178조의2 및 제179조에 따른 매매거래를 제외하고는 단일의 매도자와 매수자 간에 매매하는 방법으로 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.8.27, 2025.9.23>
