1. 투자자 및 예치금융투자업자로부터 투자자예탁금에 관한 자료 또는 정보를 제출받아 확인한 후 지급할 것

3. 예치기관에 예치 또는 신탁되어 있는 투자자예탁금 총액을 투자자가 예치금융투자업자에게 예탁한 투자자예탁금 총액으로 나눈 비율에 투자자별 투자자예탁금을 곱한 금액을 기준으로 지급할 것. 다만, 예치기관의 투자자예탁금 총액이 투자자가 예치금융투자업자에게 예탁한 투자자예탁금 총액보다 크거나 같은 경우에는 투자자별 투자자예탁금 전액을 모두 지급한다.
