일반 사모집합투자기구인 투자신탁이나 투자익명조합의 일반 사모집합투자업자 또는 일반 사모집합투자기구인 투자회사등은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 투자자(이하 이 장에서 "적격투자자"라 한다)에 한정하여 집합투자증권을 발행할 수 있다. <개정 2021.4.20>
