자본시장과 금융투자업에 관한 법률 제33조(업무보고서 및 공시 등)

① 금융투자업자는 매 사업연도 개시일부터 3개월간ㆍ6개월간ㆍ9개월간 및 12개월간의 업무보고서를 작성하여 그 기간 경과 후 45일 이내로서 대통령령으로 정하는 기간 이내에 금융위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>

② 금융투자업자는 제1항에 따른 업무보고서를 금융위원회에 제출한 날부터 그 업무보고서 중 중요사항을 발췌한 공시서류를 1년간 본점과 지점, 그 밖의 영업소에 이를 비치하고, 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 이용하여 공시하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29>

③ 금융투자업자는 거액의 금융사고 또는 부실채권의 발생 등 금융투자업자의 경영상황에 중대한 영향을 미칠 사항으로서 금융투자업의 종류별로 대통령령으로 정하는 사항이 발생한 경우에는 금융위원회에 보고하고, 인터넷 홈페이지 등을 이용하여 공시하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2009.2.3>

④ 금융투자업자는 제1항에 따른 업무보고서 외에 매월의 업무 내용을 적은 보고서를 다음 달 말일까지 금융위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2009.2.3>

⑤ 제1항에 따른 업무보고서, 제2항에 따른 공시서류의 기재사항 및 제3항에 따른 경영상황 공시, 제4항에 따른 보고서, 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2009.2.3>
